Most of our pages describe what Lumezzo does. This one is the opposite, because finding out now costs you two minutes and finding out later costs you a filing season.
Each of these is a deliberate decision, not a gap waiting to be filled. They belong to a different product, a different buyer, or a different company.
Lumezzo keeps records for a self-employed person and a property owner. Payroll for employees and full double-entry bookkeeping for a limited company are a different product.
No applicant pipeline, no insolvency or execution register checks, no screening as a service. A tenant appears in Lumezzo once there is a lease.
No listing syndication, no buyer or seller CRM, no viewings or commissions. Lumezzo is built for the person who owns the units, not for an agency managing other people's.
You invite your accountant into your own organization, where they see your records and exports. One accountant identity spanning many clients is practice-management software, which Lumezzo is not.
No warehouse or stock records, no timesheets, no project tracking. Clients carry an hourly rate for invoicing and that is where it stops.
No channel manager and no marketplace connection for nightly rentals. Long-term leases are what Lumezzo models.
Lumezzo records what you owe and what you are owed. It does not underwrite rent guarantees or insurance, and it does not arrange or manage repairs.
True as things stand. Stated as fact rather than as a promise about what changes later.
Lumezzo fills each filing in, validates it against the official schema and opens it with your numbers already there. You press submit, because that step is tied to your identity — and the confirmation is stored with the period.
Fio and Creditas connect through read-only API access. Other supported banks import statements you forward to your dedicated Lumezzo address, which is reliable but not live.
Health insurers reject the XML format, so the health-insurance overview is prepared as a PDF for the insurer portal or your data box. The ČSSZ overview is XML.
If none of this is a dealbreaker, the plans and the full capability list are one click away.
