What Lumezzo does not do
Most of our pages describe what Lumezzo does. This one is the opposite, because finding out now costs you two minutes and finding out later costs you a filing season.
Decided against
Each of these is a deliberate decision, not a gap waiting to be filled. They belong to a different product, a different buyer, or a different company.
Payroll and double-entry bookkeeping
Lumezzo keeps records for a self-employed person and a property owner. Payroll for employees and full double-entry bookkeeping for a limited company are a different product.
Tenant screening
No applicant pipeline, no insolvency or execution register checks, no screening as a service. A tenant appears in Lumezzo once there is a lease.
Estate agency work
No listing syndication, no buyer or seller CRM, no viewings or commissions. Lumezzo is built for the person who owns the units, not for an agency managing other people's.
Practice management for accounting firms
You invite your accountant into your organization, where they see your records and exports, with all their clients under one login. Cross-client summaries, tasks and practice billing are a different product.
Inventory and time tracking
No warehouse or stock records, no timesheets, no project tracking. Clients carry an hourly rate for invoicing and that is where it stops.
Short-stay distribution
No channel manager and no Airbnb or Booking connection. Short-term rental income is recorded and taxed under §7 in Lumezzo; occupancy and pricing belong elsewhere.
Rent guarantees, insurance and managed repairs
Lumezzo records what you owe and what you are owed. It does not underwrite rent guarantees or insurance, and it does not arrange or manage repairs.

Submitting filings for you
Lumezzo compiles each filing from your records and validates it against the official schema. You submit it yourself, because that step is tied to your identity — the confirmation is stored with the period.
Instant sync with every bank
Fio and Creditas connect through read-only API access, and new transactions are fetched every hour rather than the moment a payment lands. Other supported banks import statements you forward to your dedicated Lumezzo address.
